2020-10-14 16:55:48 +0000 UTC View PostSometimes this is what my meditation practice looks like...a big ol jumbalaya of different breathing techniques and incorporated subtle movements🌀 There is no ‘right’ way to meditate. What I mean is that it’s not always just sitting still breathing in silence. I mean that’s, definitely one method but a lot of days that just doesn’t work for me. If you’re interested to know, the two main techniques I use here are: Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Breath of Fire (a type of kundalini pranayama). Look those both up if you wanna learn more about them and the benefits they offer :) Anyhow, it was pretty freaking cold out this morning in Monterey so taking off all my clothes definitely woke me up. This takes place in the front yard of my friend’s home. They have a very low fence that pretty much every person in the neighborhood walking by could catch a glance at me. Not sure if anyone did see me though cause I had my eyes closed most of the time lol Watch until the end to see me finish off with a mini breast massage 🍒

Does that make me a dedicated player? 😬 This one was dope though. It was a 21 hole championship course that was actually supposed to be closed. That definitely didn’t stop people from sneaking onto the course. Some of the holes were pretty freaking technical with long drives, and it was placed on top of this big hill overlooking a forested valley. Lots of the trees had this cool sea foam green mossy-looking stuff draping down off the branches which made it look like an earth fairy dream. Ugh so gorgeous! I didn’t get to play the entire course cause we were with friends that were playing for their first time (which I kind felt bad about because of the difficulty level. Luckily didn’t loose any discs) We all still had lots n lots of fun though.

Taking in this GLORIOUS view the best way I know how. eARTh, ya get me every. damn. time. ✨ The climb on this hike was rather intense and challenging, but obviously well worth it! Being able to see the cove and ocean from this perspective was really humbling. We were with a couple friends that aren’t really as comfortable with casual nudity as I, and thought I was crazy for getting naked with other people around on the trail. I, of course, asked if they were okay with me stripping down beforehand though. Sometimes I forget that some people are scared of the human body and it’s just a reminder to me that not everyone has shed the layers of conditioning around nudity. Nevertheless, I respect everyone’s perspectives despite them being different than mine :) Not sure if you know where this is, but I’ll give you a tiny hint: it’s on the central coast of California🌊 ft. @naturallynaked

I’ve been surfing a few times before but @bigoshen is a seasoned surfer and he took me out to teach me more about technique. And guysss, I got up on the first try! Child-like play in Big Blue, giggles, dolphin sightings, seal encounters, and a soul-melting sun departure. My soul is content😌

Autumn is surely here because the weather was lovely, overcast and perfect temp. I was surprised there weren’t more people out taking advantage of it. Guess that was a good thing for me though because it gave me the chance to strip down and bebop around in my birthday suit hehe I can express enough how happy it makes me to be free!

Welcoming my new plant bbs into my family with a proper photoshoot. While I was in Tucson, I went to one of the coolest plant stores. It was enormous, and I spent 45 minutes running around the grounds obsessing on all the cacti and new species I had never witnessed before. They also had some beautifully hand-painted pots from Mexico (see the last photo) that I couldn’t resist either. You’ll be happy to hear that they have made it home successfully to LA. I’ve lost count of how many I plants I have in my house honestly. I think it’s safe to say I have an addiction for green things💚

Stripped down and set free🕊 Clothes never last long on me. Being naked just feels right. Even though there were people scattered along this beach, I felt a calling to be liberated from this swimsuit so I could enjoy diving in the crashing waves in my most natural state. When my garments are shed, my soul feels lighter. If you haven’t realized yet, I’m a wild woman and I can’t be tamed.

Getting a slow start to the day which is super rare for me. An Energizing FlowWWwW to awaken my body and quiet my mind🌀 My home practices have been my saving grace. Before the pandemic, I was attending 4-6 yoga classes per week at a nearby studio. I really miss the atmosphere and energy of taking classes in groups. There is something about a live instructor and being in a room designated for spiritual and physical growth that really gets you into the zone. On the plus side though, it’s nice to be able to practice naked all the time in the comfort of my home and to also feel free to listen to my own body and move it the way I want. Anyway, this is a short but challenging little class if you feel like following along :) I did this flow a couple days ago without filming it and my other male roommate popped in the door. It didn’t even phase him though and just goes to show I’m nakey around him A LOT haha we even flow together sometimes. Maybe I’ll set up the phone for that soon. Eee casual nudity for the win! 🙏

When you consume the skin, you are increasing the amount of these nutrients by nearly 50% than if you just ate the flesh. Yeah, I’m a nerdy gal and find this type of stuff really interesting...🤓 and I wanna inspire you to be healthier too!
