An Energizing FlowWWwW to awaken my body and quiet my mind🌀 My home practices have been my saving grace. Before the pandemic, I was attending 4-6 yoga classes per week at a nearby studio. I really miss the atmosphere and energy of taking classes in groups. There is something about a live instructor and being in a room designated for spiritual and physical growth that really gets you into the zone. On the plus side though, it’s nice to be able to practice naked all the time in the comfort of my home and to also feel free to listen to my own body and move it the way I want. Anyway, this is a short but challenging little class if you feel like following along :) I did this flow a couple days ago without filming it and my other male roommate popped in the door. It didn’t even phase him though and just goes to show I’m nakey around him A LOT haha we even flow together sometimes. Maybe I’ll set up the phone for that soon. Eee casual nudity for the win! 🙏
