I urge you to strip down one of these days, put whatever camera you’ve got on a timer and move intuitively in front of it how ever your body wants. For me this has become a practice of mindfulness and an opportunity to check in with myself. Remember it doesn’t have to look a certain way and you definitely don’t have to share them. What matters is how gently you greet yourself in those moments.

I’m tellin you, poison oak is not a plant ya wanna mess with. When I first moved to California 5 years ago, I got COVERED in a horrible rash from not knowing what poison oak looked like. I will never make that mistake again... Either some snuck up on me without me seeing it, or there are still remnants of the oil on some of my clothes from previous times. Whatever the case, I’m an itchy gorl rn and any recs as far as natural healing remedies go are vv welcomed :)

I have a serious sweet tooth for icecream. I could put down a pint of Haagen Daz real fast. The health and wellness lifestyle is all about balance for me. I listen to my body and indulge when I’m feeling called instead of being so harsh and strict on myself to follow a specific nutrition pattern.
Anyway, here is @brettanne and I living our best life at the hotel after an incredible Italian dinner together. I am so damn grateful to experience this little ‘work’ trip with her. It seems fucking surreal that I’ve created this reality for myself.

Today I took a giant dive into the flow of surrender and quit my behavioral therapy career😱 It has taught me so much but was no longer serving the highest version of mySelf. These days, if it’s not a FUCK YES, it’s just not worth pursuing. Life is too short to spend doing things you aren’t enthusiastic about.
The only reason I had the ability to make this huge transition is because of YOU. Your ongoing support here, your encouragement, your love. So all I can really say is thank you. I wish I could hug each and every one of you for allowing me the opportunity to chase my dreams and live my best life. I see such amazing things on the horizon.

I definitely wouldn’t call myself a gamer, but I can really get down with some Beat Saber on VR👾
If you haven’t heard of it, it’s pretty much a combination between Dance Dance Revolution and Fruit Ninja lol you pick a song and while it plays colored blocks come at you that you have to hit on the bleat in different directions with the light sabers in each hand. There are also walls that pop up that force you to duck or move to either side.
Here, I’m playing the song ‘Fit Beat’ on hard. I failed the first time...gotta watch to see how I do on the second try! Plus there’s a cute little surprise at the end heheh
