So when I’m hiking and exploring, I strip down to take off all the layers that society has covered me in, mentally emotionally physically. I repeat to mySelf, “She is me. I am rooted. I am supported. I am strong. I am clear. I am abundant. Because we are One.” And then I bask in my wildness.
