Today is 3 years since I cut off my old nose. it was a very deliberate decision and the best of my life. Before, it seemed that a new nose shape would fix everything, all my complexes, my dislike for my appearance. I am ashamed to admit it, but I was very shy and never even turned in profile to people, so that they would not see the huge hump and the long wide tip of my nose.

Over time, I realized that it was not only about my appearance, but also about my self-esteem. Working with a psychologist, I learned to accept myself and see the beauty in what I already have. And only after that I took a step towards change and turned to a surgeon.
