I know for me finding a workout/movement routine has been pretty erratic. I just do what I feel when I feel it, whether it be a yoga practice, hiking, disc golf, dancing, rock climbing, core exercises, or swimming in the ocean. I’ve also really enjoyed incorporating high intensity cardio sessions into my week. I feel so much dynamic strength building within! How have you been staying healthy and happy?

Happy freaking Hump Day INDEED. Last nite’s stream was a wild, messy one, as clearly demonstrated above. I used to hate reading, probably because I was f0rced to do so in school, but now it is one of my favorite ways to relax. These here are a few books from my little collection.
