hi guys hope uve had a great weekend....
I saw my family this weekend for the first time in nearly 3 months it felt amazing!
we all were social distancing following government guidelines, so was weird not being able to hug each other,
but spent a lovely few hours in the garden with them
had a bbq and spent time in the hot tub but not altogether obviously
Im no expert but i did think of the heat and chlorine in the hottub so probly was quite disinfected against Covid because of that?
our littlest members aged 2 & 3 were so good and didn't run for hugs
they looked pretty overwhelmed when they arrived bless them

someone just asked me if i look at women with no muscle or no tits in the gym, and if i do , do i look down on them or see them as inferior?
to be honest theyre not usually in my line of vision
.... to catch my eye in a gym a woman wud have to be muscley and/or a show off, or id just be in my own zone working out and not see too much around me
if thats what arrogance is then i must be that? but i dont see it that way
being in your own bubble and just getting on with your life/ workout shouldnt make others judge you as 'arrogant'
the other way i get described as is 'intimidating'
sometimes dont know how to take that because im very friendly and not hostile at all
i associate some hostility to the word 'intimidating' ....but maybe im incorrect to think that?
my dental nurse who ive known for years, said if she saw me in the gym she would never ever speak to me as she would find me too intimidating, yet shes been my dental nurse and i chat to her all the time ??
i guess a strong, muscular woman is maybe intimdating for lots of reasons ... especially more so in a gym environment?
i'd love to hear your points of view on this subject guys
