Good news though, a very good friend of mine got me a bike and some gear to get started so I can finally start riding again. Maybe that’ll help with the depression! I haven't gone trail riding in years but I’m super excited about this. (Also I wish y’all could see the bike irl it’s massive since my legs are so long!😂)

I’m still alive. I think I need to start seeing a therapist again as my depression and insomnia have gotten pretty bad and I can’t get out of bed until the afternoon and I can’t sleep at night. I’m going to be posting but I’ll be slow responding to messages. If you feel the need to cancel your subscription because I’ve been unable to post almost every day like usual, I totally understand and have no hard feelings at all. Thank you all for being so patient and kind with me.
