Naked Cooking with Toad 🐸 👩🏼‍🍳 Chicken Ramen •••••••••••••••••••• -1 onion -sesame oil -1.5-2 lbs chicken breast & thigh -8 cloves garlic -1 TBSP fresh ginger -1 red pepper -3 carrots -3 stalks celery -2 containers of shiitake mushroom -4 cups broth of your choice -1 TBSP chili garlic paste -1 TBSP fish sauce -2 TBSP oyster sauce -1/2 cup soy sauce -1/4 cup rice vinegar -1 cup water -Japanese ramen noodles (cook separately) -brown onions, chicken, and garlic -add remaining ingredients & stir together. Pressure cook for 25 minutes or let simmer for few hours on stove top -serve with soft boiled eggs and sliced scallions

Did someone hex me? These last 3 months have been brutal. Once again, I’m sorry for my slow replies. My family & I all caught some sort of cold. We were tested for covid yesterday. Thankfully that’s negative. However, my trip on Friday is cancelled because I don’t see myself feeling well enough by then to go.
