I've put on a lot of weight with medication changes in the last 4 months. I've often read "weight gain" as a symptom and hoped against hope that wouldn't happen to me, but now that I've found a balance of medication that is right for my arthritis, PCOS and ADHD I honestly don't care.
I may have a bit of cellulite on my booty and thighs. I may have bit of extra fat on my tummy. And I may be busting out of my favorite bra--but I feel so authentic and I feel so me. Mental health is important. And I want you all to remember this--be you and take care of you. I've never really resonated with the Marilyn Monroe quote "If you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best." Well I'd like yo modify it--"If you can't love me at my best, you don't deserve me. Period"
