Prior to getting implants, I was maintaining an extremely low body weight, so the transformation from nearly flat-chested to a small C-cup was quite noticeable. However, since then, I've off and on dedicated myself to regular exercise and a healthier diet. Following the explant surgery, which I believe involved around 220 to 320 cc's, the change isn't particularly dramatic unless you're someone with a keen interest in breast aesthetics.
I will always scrutinize my self image, though thankfully I'm night and day better at being my own worst critic. I'll get to more post-op photos, but here's a little something for now. If anything, I must say I appreciate the squishiness of my natural breasts over the obvious gummy-bear that held somewhat firmly under the skin.
