

Today’s WOD was tough! Had to scale down mid-way and my push-ups were all super broken. 😵💫 BUT between ourselves, we rowed a total of 7000m in under 29 minutes, which I think was pretty damn good!
For my inbetween rounds, I did 10 rounds of:
5 knee raises (I’d normally to K2E)
10 wallballs 6kg -> scaled down to 10 air squats from round 6 (I could feel my back and arms failing)
15 elevated push-ups (all broken into 3~5s)
Definitely need to work on my push-ups. I remember the biggest challenge in Murph being push-ups as well. 😵
