I chose this place due to a lady named Mary Nassen that was buried here in 1774. Passing away at the age of 29 this mother of 5 was the town's herbalist. This was mistaken by the neighbors as witchcraft. Legend had it that the stone slab laying vertical to her tombstone was to keep this witch from coming back, but it didn't.
