First, I picked a recipe, but of course, I couldn’t resist adding my own twists. I wanted something soft, sweet, and at the same time refreshing. So, I decided to add a hint of vanilla to the cream along with a light citrusy touch. 🍊💛
The process of making it felt magical. While mixing the batter, an incredible aroma began to fill the kitchen. Soft and airy, it turned out perfectly smooth. When I poured it into the pan and slid it into the oven, I felt as excited as a kid waiting for a surprise. And when the first edges started to appear, I knew everything was going just right! 🧁🔥
