Meditate with meeešŸ™āœØ As cliche as it sounds, my morning meditation practice has changed my life. I’ve been doing it consecutively for about 200 days now!! To start off my day with mindfulness, presence, and intention allows me to navigate my day with a sense of purpose. It’s not always easy to settle my mind, but I always come out of it feeling more grounded and at peace. Recently I discovered Deepak Chopra’s 21 day abundance meditation challenge (this video is day 8 of 21) and I totally recommend this to anyone interested in starting a meditation practice. All the videos are on the YouTubes. We use a method called mantra meditation, which gives you a point of focus for your attention, and there is a daily centering thought, or intention, that helps you be more aware throughout your day.
