Just playing with different dishes and flavors intuitively is so satisfying. I find cooking both meditative and artistic, and the best part is getting to share the finished product with loved ones. Here I am whippin up eggplant parm with a little jazzy dance break while the eggplant rounds air fry. I so wish I could have shared a bite with you. It turned out BOMB🙏
