I've spoken to virgin media and they have said they will send someone out in the morning between 9 and 12! Took after being passed from person to person (and not in a good way) I have the partner pulling everything apart and restarting it the works but it keeps going down! I might have to reschedule the live for tomorrow! Also I'm very sorry for slow message replies, trying to sort this is a nightmare please bare with me!!! I will keep trying for tonight!
