As proof of exercise completion, you will provide a photo or screenshot of your Fitbit heart rate during or after your workout. If you do not have a Fitbit, you can download a free heart rate monitor app in the App Store by searching 'Heart Rate Monitor."
If you complete your weekly workouts, you will earn free minutes towards a Skype workout with me!
