Added 2024-05-10 16:16:58 +0000 UTCok so i woke up suddenly after turning on my side half asleep, and my left shoulder blade muscle HURTS. it took me 15 minutes to get out of bed. it hurts to breathe in deeply (shallow breaths are fine). even turning my head to quickly hurts that side. moving my arms and bending, anything that tugs on that muscle hurts so bad. i have cold compress on it, and i'm going to take some ibuprofen to see if that helps. i think i just strained that muscle, hopefully it's just that. i'm still aiming to make content this weekend if my shoulder starts feeling better, if not i'll let you know. ):
