Added 2022-09-26 18:40:02 +0000 UTCbook review day! death note is my favorite anime and manga ❣️ i’m biased tho because it was the first one i watched / read. i recently reread the series as this all in one edition instead of my other version. i love death note because it does a great job of exploring and tackling moral grey areas. someone with weak values might read it as light being the good guy while most of us know he isn’t. i love L so much i had the biggest crush on him back in the day with his weird lil quirks haha. i love how this series shows the reader that legality is not the same as morality and that one persons idea of justice is not necessarily ethical.
